Today we release our Appendix 4C and quarterlyactivity report for Q1 2021.

We are pleased to report that throughout the quarter we’ve added a new study site for our Phase I HER2 Breast Cancer trial,received an Innovations Connections grant to explore concept validation ofour MagSense^® technology as a prostate cancer imaging agent, andcontinued to maintain a strong cash balance.

Imagion is committed to completing the study and progressing the product pipeline and we look forward to sharingfurther updates with the market in the coming quarter.
