It would have cost $200k to incentivise 20 patients at $10k each. Many of these women who are digesting the terrible news that they've just been diagnosed with breast cancer are also dealing with what that's going to mean financially to them and their families and $10k would be greatly beneficial financially and emotionally. Single site dependency was always a questionable decision by management but spending $200k to have avoided wiping off what is currently circa $50m in market value is a no brainer.
