Looks good to me. Continued new customers and projects across both the AD1 utilities and AoM arms of the company. CEO seems focussed on execution to ensure new customers have a good experience rather than just focusing on more wins, which is the right strategy given the large number of things going on right now.

I also like the 2m facility to reduce any short term need for an equity raise to fund the growth projects.

the off the shelf project is good too.

but my only gripe / question for the ceo is: what are they doing to win a broader large customer base on the recruitment portal/ platform side of the business. Would like to see them pushing the core business and winning contract with another major corporate or govt body eg another state health dept or other govt bodies or an asx50 company. It’s never ideal to be stagnant in the core business and instead focussing on juggling a lot of similar but different verticals (ie utilities and AOM).

if they could win some more core vertical customers on long term contracts it would show they are still growing the core and would de risk them longer term because if your core business is dependent on one or two customers on rolling contracts, you could lose them next time the contract is up.

I doubt I’ll be able to make the investor call, but would be grateful if anyone was willing to ask the CEO on my behalf.
