Thought I would post here also. I posted this on AR9 thread after debates with some AR9 faithfuls. 2 different companies in different positions. I own both fyi.
Lets use simple concepts here: - There are always going to be hacks. Criminals are always ahead of enforcement. AR9 lets assume earnings around 5/6m for the year here 2021. This is based on numbers given in last quarterly. And yes we dont know what this quarter will be exactly so lets say its a monster and 3.5m gives us (a generous) 7m for the quarter. With a MC hovering around 60m thats a p/e ratio of 8.5. Quite high for a company not making profit. Now the sector isnt getting any smaller. Going to grow well into the future.
TNT: JC came out and comfirmed at least 37.5m for the quarter based on industry growth etc and ebitda positive from last quarter. "Growth in the teens". 43 of top 100 asx listed companies are customers. Working with all govt departments. 57m from last 3 qtrs + 37.5 q4. Giving us lets say 95m for the year. MC currently arpund 220m. Less than 2.5 p/e.
Both companies worth a punt in my eyes. TNT is likely to go up 50% sp, quicker than I expect AR9 to go up 50%.
Take it as you will.
