Of course they're paying rent, what do want - a 'free' premises ? Chinese govt well aware JAT is (mostly) Australian owned. I think it likely the shop will open in 2022, or later . . . . Once the Ozzie govt starts to 'buckle under'. One week or so to open and run a hospital, and 2.5 years (so far) to open a shop?
