Well given the plant was shut down... i think minimal impact is a fair assumption
As for the $32m mil contract.... my understanding was was an expansion of a existing contract rather than a new revenue stream.
(Happy to stand corrected on that) .. Not a negative of course, but perhaps some double counting going on.
