How does this affect them? They are just distributors and RSH will only get $100 if the device is sold at $125-130 and the distributor pocket the 25-30% mark up price. Hence why RSH's customer receipt was only $170K last quarter as at most only 1.7K unit was sold by Cipla for that quarter.
