I'm not sure a major contract win will even turn the price at this point. The major negative driver is people being (I believe unnecessarily) worried about a CR. What I think could turn it, and it could happen any time, is an announcement that the Mid-East customer has accepted delivery of all product and wired the $120m+ into their bank account. I certainly hope they drop that as a separate ann rather than just leave it to the next 4C update in 3 months' time.
