RE Point 2. Referencing Page 98 of the Prospectus.
Aaron & Mark sold approx. 3m shares (4% holding) and Gerry sold 5m shares (6% holding) to the market to faciliate the IPO. Their shares are locked up. Do you seriously think they sold 4% - 6% of their shares just so the remaining 95% get stuck in a listed vehicle to rot, where the fate of the share price is determined by the market, which could potentially go near 0?
