Oh. That's a fair suspension. Do you feel Em1 will ever be held accountable for anything, you had a punt and were lucky but for those who were to even have a punt at this price on the limited information available its quite likely they could suffer a substantial loss also.
I have never come an ASX company with such limited information available about it. What on earth could they put in front of the accountant or asx
