For the very little my opinion is worth, and all the pro/con discussions aside, if is this is within your risk sentiment (which it clearly is) I can kinda appreciate what you're doing. If this does get pumped on some news, you stand to make a killing if you time your exit. I don't have the cajones to wager the amount you're doing, but equally I'll not be retiring any time soon if this does get pumped hard.
The whole C1 side of this is far too risky for my liking and although I personally disagree, I can see where you're coming from with it being a means to an end. And if EM1 can actually navigate taking that revenue stream and delivering on it, then well played.
