So, more than 2 years on and EM1 has not announced to market that this contract has lapsed. The CEO did state in the webinar (something to the effect of) EM1 working on renewing the contract.
If the above company announcement - and the various others associated with GameCloud - was material at the time, is it not material now that this contract to use the technology does not exist?
