I have noticed with the micro cap stocks, if you give a relatively accurate timeframe which is weeks away, it is taken as a que to pull your stock and try and buy cheaper closer to the point. Perhaps they should have said imminent, which leaves it open to be dropped anytime, mid-may means not next week early the week after.
