The way forward with Colostat, my opinion, is a 'father son' integration. Such that existing screening measures are maintained while Colostat is added to the regime. Then when it has consistently shown to out perform the existing, they can shed that part of the screen off. Its a little more expensive intially but it can be implemented immediately.
