Yep, agree. I think it will take some time before overcoming the disappointemnt of significant delays. And looks like we will wait until well into 2023 for a new reactor type to demonstrate cost effective scale up. So it's hard to see agreements for new plants occuring too soon unfortunately. But at least it's all laid out now. Hopefully Chiyoda can take a more active role on the engineering side in future.
