There is 0% chance PMOC includes large one off expenditures related to Kaddy and this was not mentioned in the quarterly report. In fact given the acquisition wasn't completed until Dec 8th it's unlikely much money at all was spent in the quarter integrating/expanding Kaddy as many are claiming here without any evidence. If it were the case managment would be jumping at the chance to express this in the quarterly report.
