I do not agree with your assertion that a negigible amount of money may have been spent in the December Qtr on integrating Kaddy.
After paying $5m for the acquisition, it follows that Kaddy would have been integrated without delay and attendant costs incurred during the period 8-31 December. Maybe they will be included in Mar Qtr 4C.
The HP contracts with Get Capital (19.13%) and Selfco Leasing (12.2%) seem expensive and should be consolidated.
