Coco, there's a restriction in the convertible note deed with APV:

No more than $1.33 million of the Notes may be converted in one notice ...

Today they maxed out and converted 50% of their remaining notes. If can they convert the rest around this price, they'll just cross the 5% line and become a substantial holder.

APV and the Goldsmiths have bought quite a few shares (we'll see how many GW still has out of his 1.4 million in the AR this month). Perhaps some was support after the heat exchanger failed, but the Q note re new reactor designs sounded to me like a breakthrough might be in the works at last:

We are delighted to work with Hatch to develop the detailed design of the mark II reactor that will be based on easier to fabricate and lower cost carbon steel and refractory materials, replacing the high-temperature alloys being utilised in the Hazer pilot plant and the current Commercial Demonstration Project reactor.

Simpler, cheaper and less risky than the project in China (already out of date), and potentially open to manufacture in many more places. That ought to be a big piece of the puzzle fixed. It won't be this year, but also I'm here for the long-term.
