They initially targeted the commissioning of the facility by Q4 of 2022 if memory serves.
I have no idea how long that takes, but it's conceivable that the facility has been or is near completion and the step up of the facilities and final testing steps take another Q or two. Which puts them on track or perhaps ahead of schedule (shock!).
