Outcome of findings from the reactor failure - "the properties of the material supplied did not meet the required specifications".
This is quite a surprise as the high standards of Chinese manufacture should have discovered this before manufacture started!
Joking, it still puzzles me why companies still go to China to manufacture specialized equipment.
The time wasted, you could have purchase two from the most expensive German supplier.
I hope Hazer has learnt from this, though from past experiences of some companies they will never learn.
