Its worth noting that the Japanese are usually te technology vendors…. not the other way around. They have been watching Hazer closely for years now…. but culturally keeping face is very important to them. I’m guessing they want to see the CDP actually working before those deals are signed!
Also 2 years from FID to production is a much faster timeframe than all those Lithium discoveries that are surging atm.
