Well I don't know exactly what has motivated Andrew's move, but I think it is very important to note that he is strongly linked with the patent to refine Hazer graphite that was announced recently. Another very exciting big breakthrough in the making.
So maybe he just likes the technical research more than building the CDP and running it,,, I suspect he likes inventing more,,, and I think that is terrific, especially as it is likely to enhance Hazer value.
