Quarterlies can be particularly useful in that they show revenue, cash balance, where expenditure is going and how much. Information on debt level and facilities etc. They also provide information on when the next CR is likely to occur. Comparing quarterlies is useful/vital in understanding a company's financial position as well as future direction.
