The second reactor has been known about for quite some time and isnt any secret or delay at all in itself. The delays we are talking about now are in reference to the immediate timeframes mostly counted in weeks now. The prior delays are different to what may be occuring now with testing/tuning. We are anyday now and we havent been here before. this is as close as HZR has ever been to firing up.
