When we first went to China there was much talk of them attempting to steal our IP.
Whilst that obstacle appears to have been overcome, I suspect renewed attempts were made a few years ago when we seemed to be getting regular new orders.
If that was the case, and we obviously rebuffed them, then it may explain the drop off in orders and hence the emphasis on ROW.
