    Good lord. So now we have those in charge of spending the money lending us money! Riiight. Wont be long till they start tapping into that. $$$$. And all this pipeline malarkey. Just call it pipedream. Win a contract, announce it ffs. i dont care if its for $100k. At least the market will know someones at home. And this crappy strategy aint working.
