20% market cap is paying management salaries and did cap raise to replace $30m debt with $20m of directors debt at 13% interest rate. What a joke. That's even higher than the previous loan which was 12% from memory. I hold another company with 3 times market cap with solid cash flow and half the director salaries.
Glad I got out after the first Q1 report, it was apparent by then the CFO and management was clearly FOS when he said the company will reach profitability this year and positive EBITDA.
