The quarterly does not add up.
The expected $750K from Bork has certainly not been received in full and where is the revenue from advance sales of Lubricen.
The company has plenty of history of inadequate disclosure and this will drive some investors away. I guess it allows others to increase their holding at the expense of those who are ready to give up
