didnt really have an official announcement. i emailed Geoff about it mabey a month ago and accordiing to him it is still happpening and he was going to meet with them in an upcoming european trip. He did say however the deal had stalled due to internal goings on in their company. It sounds to me as if its basically dead. If you read reviews from employees working at BBI they all say that it is a bad company to work for and management are useless. I cant post you the link because it'll get moderated as its to another forum but google it. its easy to find.
