Yeah, you’re right when I take a closer look at the customer numbers. It looks like Citi is way off base, yet again - hardly surprising really! I don’t think it’s an issue though - I’m happy to accept the company’s explanation that they were in effect fairly low value customers from early in the company’s history that they didn’t really mind losing.
