@alpha100 Thanks. didn't mean to have a go at you, Citi rather. I don't think they took into account the # of net new clients from the 4C commentary. The Citi mentioned 30 on the call so it was probably a first impression that was never corrected. Sloppy. Actually I think it is more like 60+ as LVT would only have listed the most important net new clients in Q2, so if there were more then there were more lost small clients.
I agree the ARR impact is not large (see other post about average sub). What is important is retention rates. Losing 50 clients in a Q is 200 a year and 20%. Also the lost clients were most likely on renewal, so what does it say about future (and past) lost clients. That is also a worry, because if you dig around a bit you will find that LVT have very strong competition at the low end of the market.
