* ARR/Cash lag > 1year isn't normal for me. Have a look at 1ST which you follow. Anyway normal or not, the point is that the lag increases cash burn, which is going to make a CR occur sooner. That's the main takeaway. LVT needs to work on shortening it.

* Partners - I hope they can, as not fixing it is going to have a material impact to their business and valuation. Hope CYCL helps. What annoys me is that they are not up front about it. It is another indication that they are not transparent with shareholders and hence that is one reason why the SP gets marked down.
