So, they have now closed the Coomera store in Queensland, another that lasted just 8 months or so. The leasing costs alone must be killing them. 

Thats now three stores gone gone in less than a year, Horsham and Dubbo being the other two. 

Three stores that they are paying the leases for, three stores that likely haven’t even come close to covering the dugout costs.

Which store will be next?

Now they are trying to sell Gundagai to increase cash, and end up potentially leaving another poor landlord with no tenant when they go into VA
