Justice will be done for sure, and it is clear ISX will win the case , but we need to remember the famous saying, " operation success but patient died", this is what happens to ISX. And this is so brutal for share holders waiting long time putting there hard earned money in ISX. Forget a moment about all the techincalities. why ASX allowed a company if there are errors with the audting?How do a normal share holder can check each of the micro errors before investing?. Is there any way for share holder to check these things?, if so how ASX allowing the company's to trade?. whom to blame, share holders? , companies?? , or the so called MR Perfect ASX??. I am lost.
