    What I am saying is that whatever services ISX provide can not stop a chargeback. Chargeback is basically unstoppable. Banks, etc can implement their own algorithm based on user patterns to spot fraud but a merchant simply can not stop a chargeback. So now another question is what is the point of ISX service at all???
