In my first response to you I stated:
"I'm not saying KYC solves this problem, but it's not valueless either."
I was pointing out the misinformation you used; at no point have I defended ISX or their KYC system. In fact if you look earlier in the thread, I criticised the company for their recent actions. I don't know why you're trying to argue with me about unrelated matters - your comment has seven questions of which only one has any relevance to what I have said. At least you've given up on the untradeable assets point, that would be a trivial hill to die on.
The third parties I mentioned are companies or websites that exchange in game items for cash (or vice-versa). These parties can be at risk of receiving fraudulent payments (as I have repeatedly explained). That is the extent of my thoughts, and to be honest I don't really care about the importance of ISX/KYC in these situations because I don't care much for the company.
