Ann: Appendix 4C with ASX Direction Included, page-90

Here is what the 4C said:
"Processing to merchants across the Visa network was also suspended for parts of March pending response to Visa re queries on ASX “investigation”, concerns re “derogatory media” and the focus on high risk merchants".

So if Visa Europe was good till 30th March 2020 for certification, and there has never been an announcement saying Visa Australia service has started, was Visa Europe the actual Visa service suspended due to the questioning?

I find this very confusing.
