    Re the caps in the stack- definitely needs to be held back - it is hard to buy as there is no liquidity and not much stock on offer - so they have to sit on the bid and wait patiently---to accumulate a decent position..?

    The selldown was the same in reverse- easy to push over - but the buyer waited with a mill on the bid at .032 and got filled over a day or two - so it was a planned move imo-
    Indeed we will see if there is some substance to this
