I sure hope the 1.65mill for this quarter is not a portend of expenses to come.
While I can see what KKL gets out of the merger (potentially) I don't think its very clear as to what Isity get out of the merger, ie how does what KKL have materially improve their chances as opposed to going ahead without us in a merger?
