BV, you are right. Our KKL Director Charles Hunting who owned roughly half of Isity Global now owns at least 10% of KKL without spending a Dollar.
If you add in his Business Partner Gary Fitzgerald they own about 15%, with more Equity to come should they meet the Performance hurdles. Certainly an arrangement that favours Isity MGT.
Also Paul Beddie told us at that Meeting earlier this year that Isity had ongoing revenue of US$400,000 from existing contracts. Whats happened to that cash flow?
The A.G.M will be very interesting.
