They plan on raising more money at 5.2c post approval at agm. Soph and prof investors would only do so if they thought the price was going higher. Current price is oversold imo.
Is there any reason why they cant put certainid tech into an existing asx shell with shares issued to kkl shareholders and priority in any capital raising.
