The prospect of requiring more money would be about the only thing. They'd have a much more patient market if it didn't look as though they were going to need another CR in 4Q18 or 1Q19. This is a great product, but as with most of these sorts of things, as an investor, timing your entry is critical. For a company of their size, they're not raising insignificant amounts of money. Until the light at the end of the tunnel is a bit clearer, there's not much incentive to own the stock.
I still think this company has a bright future, but as an investor, imo, it's still better to be on the sideline.
