What gets me about this sell off is that it is on such small numbers. A spark of interest will see it up swiftly again. The risk of selling and missing out is very real.
I for one am still amazed by the opportunity here. The serviced market in the US alone is 125,000 units but the opportunity is way higher if neddles are the item stopping many getting reconstruction. Our board has established capacity of 24,000pa or 20per cent of that market. We are ready.
If we sell 24,000 units pa at $2,500 odd, that is income of $60 million. At only 20per cent of serviced market and 7 per cent of total US market, a market cap 10 x plus our today is to be expected.
Whats more, we have achieved 20 per cent in Australia so it is doable in the US and the European market is same size again.
All i can say is, i will buy the dips.
