To add a bit more to my comments. I got into this very early on. Largely because I liked the story, and I'd heard great things about the product. I sold out for a small profit about a year ago. When I first was interested in AXP, I never thought that three years from listing they'd have raised ~$120m through debt and equity, have burnt through close to $100m of it and still be in a position where they were chewing up $10m/qtr. In hindsight, my error was clear, I figured that the product was so good that surgeons would swoon to it and it wouldn't require too much leg work to get to a breakeven cash point. The reason I got out was that it became apparent that the product was excellent, but it would still take some time to convert a highly knowledgable, cautious group of customers on to the new technology.
