- Starting from a low base therefore doubling sales is easier than if established
- Doctors taking a cautious approach to first sales before making a full switch across
- Doctors who use it regularly becoming the trainers. This maybe a stretch as i am not from a medical field but i am sure surgeons must train junior surgeons in new techniques.
