First read, as long as cash burn is not so terrible that we need cash raising, I think we making fair progress, was never thinking it would hit their lofty 1000's per quarter this quarter.
Would prefer they have controlled roll out with steady growth (wish they didn't set such high goals in the first place).

Think "20 mile march" or consistency of growth, they have to manage each surgeon, all you need is one to botch the procedure for bad misinformation or bad reputation to get out.

Some surgeons might choose to see how one patient goes (or they might put in a few a wait) for say a month or two before putting another one in - depending on if they are conservative. (all that is speculation mind you).
