@Patient this sums up the problem with AXP - no sales growth. The really worrying row is the Australian sales. Australia should be more than a year ahead of the USA in market maturity yet the sales in Q2 2018 are less than Q2 2017. For whatever reason surgeons are not taking to the product. No CR is going to solve a problem with the market not wanting your product.
