@Japon do you believe this ramping up in Cebu is all down to CBA in you're opinion? I think Cebu is the only audited CBA office??
Would it be fair to say CBA most likely don't want to share IAM staff with outsiders?
If the above is the case then Cebu is likely to become the operations centre for CBA back office processing eventually?
