Honestly the figures have been ticking up every quarter. I think we were all expecting a flat quarter and we got CPI. Regal is off the register and most of the other insto's are holding tight. We may see some US tax selling in the next quarter and expect the SP to be soft. It's definitely a long term hold as I believe it's worth way more than where we are trading at now. All IMO.
