"...is there a genuine auditor?"

On March 29, 2018, auditor Samir Tirokar, a director of Stantons International Audit and Consulting, signed off on a long, four page report. If you read the report you'll see signs that Stantons were/are concerned about issues including accounting treatment of:

. Loan receivables
. Goodwill and
. Ability of the HCT to continue as a "going concern".

Tirokar records that Stantons "challenged the Group's assumptions and estimates used to determine the recoverable amount of the intangible assets".

It seems to me that if there are problems with HCT's financials, the key responsibility lies with directors/management.
